Christine did a great job with us when we decided to purchase a home. Believe me, we had to have been her most difficult customers because we could not decide if we should or should not purchase a home. She always asnwered her phone and provided answers to all of our questions and concerns. We were living in CT and traveling for our jobs and she willingly would step in for us. She provided insights to the area and always helped us work through any challenge. Honestly, I have purchased numerous homes and Christine has probably been the best I have ever had the opportunity to work with. You simply cannot go wrong when choosing Christine!

Christine was wonderful! She is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. My family and I moved from out of state and Christine'™s knowledge of the area made searching for our next home so much easier. She had multiple listings ready for us to see that matched the criteria we had provided. As we toured each location Christine was able to quickly answer any questions we had as well as offer suggestions on possible ways the house could better meet our needs. The home we purchased, in the end, was one that was already under contract when we first started looking at houses. However, Christine knew it was one that was on our list so she kept on top of it. When the contract fell through Christine had us scheduled for a walk-through the same day. We put an offer on the house that night and were able to close on the perfect home a month later. Throughout the entire process, I was able to reach out to her with any questions and she was always quick to respond. She made the entire process so much easier for us. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends for any real estate needs.

Being a first time home buyer its safe to say i was lost and had zero idea what i was doing. Christine was amazing throughout the whole process. My wife and i had switch realtors due to the first not being very helpful. Mrs. Durham came in swinging!!! Within minutes she had sent houses in our price range and lined up a meeting that weekend to see a number of homes. she was quick to respond. Spoke with my bank. And was available when we needed her the most. She made me feel safe and in good hands. The most impressive part of the process was her ability to negotiate. We came in with a bold offer...Got it. Then we needed to get some very costly things addressed...Got it. Plus money off of the closing cost!!! she is a trooper who never gives up! if you need a rockstar who knows her stuff Mrs. Christine Durham is your Realtor. I am proud to say i am a first time homeowner because of Christine Durham. Shes so much more than a Realtor... She is a friend.

If there was a 6 star option, Christine would get my vote! I am a real estate broker in CA and am hard to impress. She did! Her knowledge of the area (Fredericksburg to Kerrville to Boerne and all points east & west is amazing. Her demeanor and professionalism are equally superb. If you want/need someone to trust and work for you, you will not be disappointed in Christine!

Yes, I would definitely recommend Christine to represent you in any Real Estate transaction! I was not satisfied with the services that was provided by a Broker if a National Realty firm! Discussed my situation with Christine. She was very responsive, articulated in great detail her plans to market my residence and impressed me with her capabilities and experience. I am a Licensed Realtor in Texas but did not want to list my own residence but preferred to retain the services of a professional like Christine! In couple of days, I was able to terminate my existing RE agreement and Christine took care of getting my residence Active on several MLS that she has access to. From the beginning I was impressed by her competence, her winsome personality, her energy, and her positive attitude. The first agent thought we should list our home at $250K and he did not have any comparables to validate his price. Christine had some comparables and thought we should list our hoe and land at $373K. It appraised at $375K. She was spot on! She was quick to have pictures taken and we sold our place fast! Christine is AWESOME!!!
